This is a consultancy service – please bear in mind I may be unwilling or unable to fix things for you “on the spot”. I may also require time to research your exact issue, and this would probably mean extra payment, since it is work. But I will endeavour to give you the best value for your money or recommend options where you can find out how to fix it yourself, if that seems like a better fit.
I prefer to offer this service during working hours, 9am – 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday, but I will make allowances for someone who has their own job during this time that they can’t get away from. (Please mention this point on initial contact).
You won’t be asked to pay until we’ve agreed the time and date.
My priority is to offer help to people where and how they need it, and that everyone gets the best from the experience.
